The space
Ground floor
The ground floor is the heart of the villa, featuring a comfortable living room with a traditional wood-burning oven and a fully equipped kitchen. This level includes three bedrooms: two with double beds, en suite bathrooms, private balconies and an additional room (+1) with two single beds that can be converted into a children’s room, with a cot and other child-friendly amenities. The +1 bedroom shares a bathroom with the main living areas.
Upper floor
The upper floor offers two elegantly designed bedrooms that share a bathroom, creating a comfortable and practical space for guests.
Outdoors
The outdoor areas are designed for relaxation and entertaining. Adjacent to the ground floor living area is a covered patio with pergola, with built-in seating and a dining area. The area also includes a barbecue, a pool with sun loungers and a guest room located in a separate building.
